As a professional driver coach Lee's job is split into two categories, instructing and private coaching.

Lee has been instructing since 2008 when he began working for the Skip Barber Racing School. Upon developing the necessary skills to continue to work in the industry, Lee began working for other companies such as Lime Rock Park, Monticello Motor Club, Cadillac, Nissan, and Lamborghini.

In 2012 Lee began his private coaching career with two young drivers, Peter Portante and Ben Albano. Peter immediately became the 2012 Skip Barber shootout champion earning himself $250,000 in prize money from Mazda in order to move up to the USF2000 formula car series. Ben became the 2013 Skip Barber MAZDASPEED Series Champion earning himself a ride in the Skip Barber Pro series. Both drivers have been climbing the Mazda ladder system ever since.

While gaining more experience in the private coaching industry Lee has branched out and has begun working with drivers participating in Porsche Club of America, Sports Car Club of America, National Auto Sport Association, and the Historic Sportscar Racing series.

In 2014 Lee started working with drivers who had no intention of racing, but wanted to become proficient drivers at their local tracks during the Driver Education events with their respective clubs.

2015 will see Lee hosting his own driver clinics at Lime Rock Park. Please contact Lee for further details.
